Cancellation Policy

At Sheena Skincare & Aesthetics, we are committed to providing high-quality care to our patients while ensuring that our clinical time is used efficiently. To maintain this standard, we have an appointment deposit and cancellation policy in place.

Consultation Fees

  • Consultations: £25
  • Consultation fees are redeemable against any treatments.

Deposit Policy

A deposit is required when booking treatments or appointments. This will be applied towards your treatment cost.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

To confirm your appointment, a deposit is required.

  • If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly request at least 72 hours’ notice so we can accommodate other patients. Deposits will be refunded or applied to future treatments if cancellation occurs more than 72 hours before the appointment.
  • If you cancel or reschedule within 72 hours of your appointment, your deposit will be non-refundable, and a new deposit will be required for future bookings.

We understand that unexpected situations such as illness or emergencies may arise, and we will consider exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
